Young girls are met early with culture's idea of "what girls do" and begin to limit their career paths before they can add fractions. We are here to challenge the stereotypes of gender based careers at its inception and throughout the pipeline to industries.

To empower and equip young girls to boldly endeavor into traditionally male dominated career fields via spotlighting industry women in creative ways. HUE is focused on dismantling gender steroptypes early on with the overall desire to eliminate the gender pay gap.
